Service and Staff: The service provided was exceptional, with staff going above and beyond to assist, including help with luggage and ensuring comfort during the stay. While the distance to the car parks and rooms may be a bit of a walk, the staff were always ready to assist. Accommodation Experience: Initially, the room provided was excellent. Unfortunately, after approximately three hours, the air conditioning unit malfunctioned, leading to significant water leakage throughout the room. The staff promptly relocated me to a different room. However, the replacement room was somewhat disappointing, with a smaller, less comfortable bed compared to the original. The bathroom design was also unconventional, with water from the shower area easily flowing into the toilet area despite careful usage. Amenities: The resort offers two pools, one heated and one not, so be sure to check the water temperature before taking a dip. While the pools are a highlight, the surrounding area does not offer many affordable dining options. Guests should be prepared to either shop for their own supplies or pay a premium for meals at local trendy establishments. Conclusion: Given the resort's upmarket status, the experience, particularly with the bedding and room issues, was a bit underwhelming. While the first room was exceptional before the incident, the subsequent accommodations did not meet the same standard, which was a letdown.

Set close to the beach in Casuarina this property is a great opportunity to relax and revive . Large rooms mean plenty of space and the overall Bali vibe was there

Oaks Casuarina Santai is a terrific hotel. It's not fancy, but the bones are good. The room was neat and clean. The hotel overall is the same; it's clean and easy to get around. The staff were helpful, and available when we needed anything. The real highlight was the location, as it's just back from the beach, close to great Hunter (a great cafe) and Jordy's for pizza, and a supermarket and pharmacy. It's close to Kingscliff and the airport and pretty much anywhere else you would like to see or be in the Tweed area.

Really lovely resort in a great location. Easy allocated parking and clean, oversized rooms. Having the amazing restaurant on-site was so convenient, but it is also a short walk to other options. Also a very short walk to the beach which is stunning.

This hotel was a pleasant surprise to my mother and I who located ourselves here mainly to be near family who live within 10 minutes of Casuarina. We chose it mainly for the location and because it was self contained accommodation at a reasonable price. In the past the hotel brand "Oaks" has always been reliable and well located. It didn't disappoint and exceeded our expectations. The Balinese architecture was very impressive and authentic. Not having kids I probably would choose a quieter time as it was very populated with families due to school holidays, so could be a little noisy with kids at times jumping in and out of the very nice pools and hogging the lovely hot jacuzzi. But hey, what the heck, everyone was happy and enjoying the beautiful Bali-like surrounds. Oaks Santai is close to amenities such as supermarket, cafes and other lovely beach locations nearby. We drove down to Hastings Point for a picnic and saw 4 groups of whales and pods of dolphins swim by which was a highlight for this location as well as other beautiful beaches from Kingscliffe to Pottsville. Great location for wandering up and down the Tweed Coast Road. Didn't really need to go far to find a beautiful beach or nice cafe.

We have just returned from a wonderful family weekend away celebrating our daughter’s 30th birthday. Everything was perfect from the beautiful fully self contained spacious suites to the beautifully manicured grounds. The onsite restaurant was perfect for our birthday celebration dinner on the Saturday night. We will definitely be back.
